All residents aged 18 and over who rent or own their property need to pay Council Tax however if you are aged 18-25 and are looked after by 台湾六合彩and Dagenham Council, then you do not need to pay Council Tax.
If you鈥檙e living with another person aged 18 and over who is not being looked after by the borough, then they will need to pay Council Tax but will be entitled to a 25% discount.
